Painting As Spiritual Practice: Life Lessons Learned, One Brushstroke At A Time
Apr 26, 2017

Life: A Work In Progress
Mar 12, 2017

Each one of our precious, unique Lives are essentially works in progress . . . collectively composed of little 'chips' here and there applied over long stretches of time. And ever-so-slowly with great patience and a continuously evolving sense of inner understanding, forms take shape, things and ideas gradually make more sense . . . destinies become more clearly defined.

Perfectionism: The Creative Road To Nowhere
Jan 12, 2017

Aiming for excellence in your chosen field is the sign of a Master craftsman in the making . . . but striving for perfectionism almost always guarantees a zero return on your efforts. Looking At Life Upside Down
Dec 15, 2016

Your eyes - those deceptive things lodged in our heads - get so used to seeing things in a certain prescribed way, that it’s almost like they become blind or lazy to what’s right in front of them. Unless of course you shake things up a bit by looking at it all differently . . . like upside down.

Where Happiness ISN'T
Dec 1, 2016

Most of us have been taught that Happiness exists out there in the external world . . . a ‘great’ job, lots of money, a mansion on the hill, power over others, fame, an alluring partner, etc. But it’s actually the opposite: authentic happiness begins within and extends outward into the world.
